It was great to be back in Biathle action at the weekend, winning the first gold medal of this phase on my Biathle career!

There was a great atmosphere at Sandford Park Lido with Great Britain team places up for competition for the forthcoming European Biathle Championships in Munich.

The running was on grass and the swim section took place in an outdoor 50 metre pool.

Philip Mylotte fellow Delph Watersports Centre athlete made it a double gold medal by winning his age group. Phil will be able to defend his European Biathle Championship title after winning the event in Athens last year.
